1. Who we are
This website is run by Attitude Pals, Part of Searlco LTD, Ongar Business Centre, Tylers Rd, Ongar, Essex, CM5 0UA, UK. Contact: support@attitudepals.com.
2. Your order
When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed once payment has been taken. We may refuse an order. If we do, you'll get a full refund.
3. Personalisation
You're responsible for checking spelling, size and colour before ordering. We print exactly what you see in the preview. We may refuse text that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
4. Prices & payment
Prices include VAT where it applies. Delivery is free unless the checkout shows otherwise. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates; see Shipping. The item is your responsibility once it has been delivered.
6. Returns & cancellations
Personalised items are made to your specifications, so they're exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Faulty, damaged or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded. See Returns.
7. Colours
Screens vary, so printed colours may look slightly different from the preview.
8. Intellectual property
The Attitude Pals characters, artwork and branding belong to Searlco LTD. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.
9. Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price of your order.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in other countries also keep any rights their local law gives them.
