If something's not right, we'll put it right.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or doesn't match what you ordered, email support@attitudepals.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.
Changed your mind?
Every item is personalised and made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Under UK consumer law, the 14-day cancellation right doesn't cover goods made to the customer's specifications. Please check the Size guide and your spelling before ordering.
Cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone to print yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
