Attitude Pals (Part of Searlco LTD, Ongar Business Centre, Tylers Rd, Ongar, Essex, CM5 0UA, UK) is the data controller for personal information collected on this website. Contact: support@attitudepals.com.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone (optional), delivery address and the personalisation you choose.
- Payment: Stripe handles this. We never see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Referral information: if you arrive through one of our partners' links (such as Affillo or Tradedoubler), we store the referral ID so that partner can be credited for your order.
Why we use it
We use your information to make and deliver your order (contract), to answer your questions (legitimate interest), to keep records we're required to keep by law, and to credit our affiliate partners (legitimate interest). We only send marketing emails if you've asked for them.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the companies that help us fulfil your order: our print partners (UK and USA), couriers, Stripe (payments), our hosting provider and our affiliate networks (referral ID and order value only). We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your basket working, plus affiliate tracking cookies that last up to 30 days when you arrive through a partner link.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 6 years for tax purposes. Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. To do so, email support@attitudepals.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
