Tracking
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the times above, email support@attitudepals.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
Customs & duties
Orders to the USA are printed in the USA, and UK orders are printed in the UK. For other countries, local import taxes may apply in some cases. Where these can be collected at checkout, they will be.
Busy times
Around Christmas and other big gifting days, printing and couriers can take a little longer. Order early to be safe.
