How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order. Printing takes 2–4 working days, then it's on its way. See Shipping for delivery times to your country.
Can I see what it will look like before I buy?
Yes. The preview on each product updates live as you choose your Pal, colour, font and text, and we print exactly what you see.
How many letters can I use?
Names can be up to 16 characters and statements up to 48. Long text automatically shrinks to fit the print area.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@attitudepals.com straight away with your order number. We'll do our best, but once an order has gone to print we can't change it.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because each item is made just for you, we can't take back personalised items if you change your mind. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, we'll replace it or refund you. See Returns.
What sizes do you do?
Adults' XS–3XL and kids' sizes 5–13 years on hoodies and tees. Check the Size guide before ordering.
How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out, wash at 30°C, don't tumble dry and don't iron directly on the print. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Do I need an account?
No. Just check out as a guest. We'll email your receipt and send tracking details when your order ships.
How can I pay?
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are handled securely by Stripe and we never see your card details.
Where do you deliver?
The UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
